PROGRAM 4x weekly lessons of 75 minutes. Every Saturday at 14:30-15:45 pm CET (dst) The first session is on April 3rd. Note: from May, the Yoga for stress and anxiety course starts on the first Saturday of each month. This is a live online course, not recorded videos, and attendance is highly recommended. However, in case you can’t join live, sessions recorded and made temporarily available for you so you can watch it at your best convenience.
